Smart Practice 2 is a new electronic version of Smart Practice 1 (e-version). As information, resources, legislation etc are continually changing and being updated ERGPA has developed a number of innovative Best Practice Modules which contain information including step-by-step guides which can be accessed via the ERGPA website. 

This means that you are provided with the most up-to-date information available, where possible, to ensure your practice is equipped to run even more smoothly.  For  those practices who have completed the original Smart Practice Program we applaud your dedication to the health of your practice and hope that this program will even further enhance the running of your clinic. 

If your practice has not been involved in the original Smart Practice Program, the program was a free business improvement program where a GP Services Officer attended a clinic and worked with the practice team to identify strengths and weaknesses and provide solutions. Although the analytical component has been removed from the Smart Practice Program, the new version is on line based and allows alot more practices to be involved.
