If you are a Practice Manager you may find the Workforce Module handy as it includes resources for GP and Practice Nurse recruitment. Are you a new GP who has recently joined a practice? Why not click on the Workforce Module and you will find many resources which you may find useful.  Developing a business plan? Click on the Continuous Quality Improvement Module and look under the Business and Strategic Planning section where you will find a downloadable General Practice business plan which has been developed by ERGPA. Wanting to find out more about Risk Management and how it effects your practice.  Click on the Risk Management tab to find out more.
