If you are a Practice Manager you may find the Workforce Module handy as it includes resources for GP and Practice Nurse recruitment. Are you a new GP who has recently joined a practice? Why not click on the Workforce Module and you will find many resources which you may find useful.  Developing a business plan? Click on the Continuous Quality Improvement Module and look under the Business and Strategic Planning section where you will find a dowloadable General Practice business plan which has been developed by ERGPA.
